Over the past couple of years I have taken up some basic woodworking projects to expand the artistic mediums I can work with. Especially in reclaimed wood! I truly have taken a passion to it! From reading DIY blogs to finding pieces of wood to cut and glue, I really am enjoying the smell of fresh cut cedar scrap wood.
A few months back, I found a large, clean pallet for me to play with (pictured here). From this pallet, I was able to go crazy and really see what I can do with it. Some projects have flopped and turned to fire pit wood and others I am really prod to show off!
I was able to create, so far, a clock, a couple signs and a set of city skylines. I am forever going to have a love for my wood… see what I did there… and will continue to create and learn from this medium. I will continue to build pieces and show them off but we all have to start somewhere right?
Here are a few pictures of the pieces I have created so far! See others (Wedding Wine Box, Adventure Awaits Sign and my favorite Serving Tray) I you are interested in commissioning me for any wood projects that I have created or want something for your own, please reach out to me on my contact page. Enjoy all!
