Hey… so you are here because you can’t seem to get the file to open, right?

It is very simple…. follow these steps:

#1 – Make sure you typed in your own url properly. Double and triple check. (If it still doesn’t work contact me)

#2 – Your computer should prompt you on what the file is and you should “SAVE” it to your computer.

#3 – Watch a movie or read a book, this file may take a long time to download. (Some shoots are over 1G! … that is big in the computer world!)

#4 – After the file FINALLY downloads… it will be in a .zip file format. Locate where the file was downloaded and un-zip the file. MACs have the software to do this automatically. PC users, If you don’t have the proper software for this file, see #5. If you do, then you are done! Enjoy the photos!

#5 – If you were sent here by #4, you don’t have the program to do so. Don’t worry, you can download it for free here. After you go through the process of down loading and installing Winzip, you should now be able to un-zip your file. Follow the prompts the program gives you and enjoy!
